Leg Pressing for Leg Development

The Leg Press
One of the biggest problems when doing leg press is that is "seems" to be one of the simplest movements in the gym. Unfortunately for those who are walking around with a sore back after doing them I am speaking to you. The key for executing a leg press properly is to make sure to keep your hips planted onto the back pad and that you back does not posterior tilt or roll forward. This happens to so many individuals I see in the gym and question why their back hurts after a set. Keep you back flat and only come down parallel. In the Video Dr. Jim Stoppani performs this exercise with critical information on how to do it just right.
