Congratulations to Eric D for Winning the Best arm Routine contest we placed on Facebook. Because Eric incorporated the use of the Bands as well as other unique techniques we discuss on the MF Trainer he wins our Facebook challenge workout. There were other items to consider when evaluating the plans posted. He also utilized different techniques that would result int he best chance to increase muscle size strength and power. At the end of the workout he also suggested to do a set or two of German Volume Training or sets of 100.
