DB Incline Press Alt Arms

The Dumbbell Incline Press alternating the arms, is a great movement that will help develop
the upper pecs and chest. Using the dumbbells allows you to focus more
on each arm independently rather than using a barbell. When you alternate back and forth the time under tension or time in which the muscle is at work increases. The longer your muscle is working, increases the muscle fiber recruitment and energy production. Sometimes you
will notice that one arm may be quite stronger than the other when using
this exercise so be sure to press evenly and over time the strength
imbalance will work its way out of the movement. -Mike McErlane
