The Snatch has always been an exercise that has mainly been used by strength coaches for their athletes, however the mainstream fitness community has finally realized the benefit of these types of power movements and they are being adopted more and more every day by every day fitness enthusiasts. The key to the barbell snatch is timing and technique.
