Adductor Side Steps
Feb 03, 2011
Adductor Side Steps are a terrific way to help develop and strengthen the glutes and outer parts of the legs. Rather than sitting on a seated hip adductor machine this movement actually allows for a contraction of the muscle to take place. Sitting and doing any hip adduction or abduction doesnt really stress the areas of the glutes and legs that you intend. This is a great movement to incorporate in between sets of squats or lunges.
