Chest Muscle

Hi . Hope doing well.. I dont know how this is happened. But my right chest 's outer muscle has developed. Now when I train my chest. all of the load converts to outer part ...creating empty space on me inner upper chest area. this problem remains same on incline and flat bench. what should i do?

Try narrowing your grip on your chest exercises to take emphasis away from the outer chest. Also, try incorporating more dumbbell exercises. With time, persistence, and concentrated effort you should be able to bring balance to your chest.
