Working at desk
Hello, I work at my desk all day so I do a lot of sitting which is causing a saddle bag issue. I am 42 female and wanting to know what I can do to help my saddle bags and butt.
I, too, work at a desk all day. I do my best to schedule active periods throughout my day when I go for a walks around the block or stand instead of sit at my desk. Additionally, developing a meal plan and successfully following it will really help combat the issues you bring up. So try and schedule some activity and make a meal plan to follow!
