Fitness when 50
Hi, I turned 50 a couple of weeks ago and had prostate surgery 3 years ago.
In the last 6 months I was unable to train due to injury, and I put on 5 kg (fat, not muscle)
Any tips on how to restart and then improve my training/diet, so I can get rid of those 5 kg (or more) ?

What works best for me is to start with improving my diet. Once I start making progress with my diet, it motivates me to fit the gym do resistance training and/or start my cardiovascular work! Set-up a meal plan and do your best to stick to it. That always creates a positive feedback loop for me, which in the end leads to a successful outcome!
