Workout advice for senior citizens

I am an older guy 62 years old who is skinny-fat, waist almost as big as chest 5'9  weigh 168 I had a neck fusion and have compromised mobility

What advice/ program do you have

I’d recommend by starting with small steps. Start trying to watch what you eat more and get to the gym a few times a week (if possible) for resistance training and some cardio work.
