Injury Plan
hello, I am wanting a plan from your website but i have a problem, i can’t do any cardio as im having keyhole surgery on my knee soon because i have ripped all the right hand side of my cartlidge (meniscus) and stretched my ligaments, the doctor told me i cant play football for the rest of the season and i dont want to put fat on while i cant play, ill be goin to the gym to build my upper body. i also have kidney stones and i have lost 1 and a half stone within 3 weeks, im wanting to put some weight back on but i also want to keep my waist trim,
I am 23, 6ft 5 and i currently weigh 12 st.
Can you please advise me on a plan as your help would be much appreciated,

First of all, I’d like to say I’m sorry to hear about your injury and not being able to play football…And furthermore, congrats on passing the kidney stone. I hope your health continues to improve. As far as training goes for you during this time, it sounds like when it comes to upper body, you should be able to do most every thing. Focus on balance and strength, particularly in the shoulders and rotator cuff. If you have proper balance and a decent amount of strength, you will have no problem putting on good size in the upper body. Also, make sure you are eating several times a day to keep you metabolism up and consume greens veggies 2-3 times a day. Keep you protein intake reasonable-not too much but not too little. And limit your carbs to early in the day time. I wish you the best and a speedy recovery! Good luck!
