Get a Great Tri-Set for training Chest
When you train it is important to understand what types of weapons you can arm yourself with in order to achieve the results you are looking for. Many different combinations of movement and techniques are used to get you closer to your goal quicker. Utilizing methods of training such as Super Sets, Tri-Sets, and Giant set training is a great way to have continuous movement going for a long period of time working the muscle in various ways using multiple exercises.
Tri-set training is a unique technique used to target either one specific area/muscle group, or multiple areas of the body and multiple muscle groups, using the HIIT principles. The HIIT Principles (high Intensity Interval Training) mean that you are continuously moving from either exercise to exercise without rest for a series of different exercises, or moving from one exercise to a short bout of cardio performed at a high intense rate. Either way your goal dictates which specific movement or exercise combination you want to use to use.
In the Below Video I demonstrate a tri set using different exercises that all target the chest. The goal of course blast the pecs, but there is a specific reason why I used these 3 exercises. Since the pecs are a fan shape muscle different angles and exercises target and emphasize the different areas of the pecs. Watch the Video and download the program to see the benefit for yourself.
