We are all limited with time these days as the world around us moves faster. With family, work and other time related items we manage daily sometimes getting a good workout in is quite difficult. That is where this 15 minute shoulder blast can come in handy.
Below I have you executing a workout that incorporates Multiple working sets of Tri sets. Research has shown that this fast pace high intense structure a can ultimately be better to help sculpt and define muscle structure.
