Get a new version of an exercise to target the Triceps
When you train it is important to change up not only the workout every now and then, but also the exercise. because Angles,equipment and certain movements can and will load and emphasize the muscles you are working differently, it is important to understand exactly how and why they change the way the muscles is targeted.
In this case we are discussing the Triceps specifically. The Triceps is made up of 3 heads, 2 of the heads are typically always hit when doing pretty much any triceps movement. he Long head is the most difficult one to target mainly because the common exercise that are done when thinking of triceps movements are simple triceps pressdowns.
In this episode below I review a different type of triceps movement that has helped not only myself but others gain an edge on effectively getting the horseshoe we all so dearly disire to have.
