This Workout was generated by one of our very own Face Book Fans...Congratulations Jason Sweeney on winning the Face Book Challenge Workout to Build a Better Chest.
Changes and Why
Jason put together a great Program. He should have made the Banded exercises come first before the Free Weight Only Movements. The reason can be found in the video below. We also changed the Dumbbell Pullover to use cables instead. Due to the fact that there is better resistance applied in the full range of motion by using cables we decided to pimp this out a bit. Over-all great workout and congrats Jason
