Have fun and get fit!

Workouts should be fun.

How many times have you made a resolution to change your lifestyle to become fit and healthy?  Only to quit after a week or two?

The reason?  You are not having fun!  Workouts are supposed to be fun or you will NEVER be able to sustain it.  If you enjoy something you always go back to doing it…  Think about it - if you go to a restaurant and enjoy the experience you tend to go back time after time.  Exercise should be the same.  We spend 8 or more hours a day at work, so when exercising becomes work - it goes out the door and we choose to have fun in other ways.  Often times the other ways we have fun tend to also be the unhealthy ones…
