We took your advice and it worked. Thanks to all the Facebook Fans

Ok. So thanks to all of our facebook Fans we asked them to provide us a workout to try out and we would choose the best one and make it avaliable for download. We received a lot of great suggestions so rather than doing just one we took recommendations from them all and executed the below program. Yep, 3 quarters of the way through almost lost our lunch and headed over to the Trash can just in case.
