Simple Breakfast Solutions

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pita
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 egg whites (about 1 cup scrambled eggs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- Lightly spray pan with cooking spray and turn on medium heat. Add bacon to pan and flip when starts to brown. On a nonstick pan add egg mixture and mix constantly to break up eggs Once eggs are cooked through Warm the pita and split ingredients evenly into each pita. Makes 2 servings
