Guaranteed abs with some simple moves

These simple moves were one of the "Oaks" favorites, or as most know him Arnold's favorites. If needed make sure to add some weight with these moves as using resistance does indeed develop the abdominal muscles more than no resistance at all. Try this 5 days a week for 4 weeks and you will surely get results.
