Chest Blast

While I am a huge proponent of maximizing your time in the gym and an avid follower of many of Jim Stoppani's programs, which integrate multiple muscle groups per workout, there are those days when I just want to hit one muscle and hit it hard.  Here is a chest workout for one of those days.

Start the program off with 2-3 warm up sets of incline bench, then hit it hard!

***For the decline press, I use the Hammer Strength machine, but feel free to use dumbbells or barbell.


****For Dips, High Cable Fly and Pushups, go to failure.

Push Ups 3 Chest
