Bicep Peak

is there a difference in what exercises I can do to get a bigger bicep peak? Or is it just a matter of genetics/

Genetics is a big factor, however hand spacing can shift the focus on your biceps long head, thereby increasing its PEAK.

Start off each bicep workout with 6 sets of 8-12 reps of close grip barbell curls (hands 5-6 inches apart)…Hold the contraction at the top of this movement.

Then do just one additional bicep exercise ONLY. That will do the trick…
