ab myth
Hey vince, Hope doin' great. I have a little confusion about working abs. Does ab training lead the body from mass to muscularity? if yes, so how about if i dont train abs too hard but only in amount that my waist and mid body shape remain good. I eat lot and dont wanna look my stomach like a big pot ;) Please help me out. Also suggest some ab workout. Thanks.
Ab training has no direct effect on overall muscularity. Said another way, training abs will not hinder mass gains. If you want to keep abs tight while gaining mass you can do ab planks, which teach you how to feel and contract your abs. This will help you in all exercises as well.
