Length of a session.
I have read in multiple articles that training sessions shouldn’t be any longer than and hour to seventy five minutes. I sign up for the MF Trainer and it gave me a work out routine that would take two hours and fifteen minutes.
Am I missing something or should I do the full routines?
Not sure what programs you’re referring to, but you are correct. If the weight training portion of the routine is even over an hour, you should adjust.
