Abdominal fat problem
Hi I am a 45 years old male. I have been working out for last 3 years. I am happy with my upper body and legs. I can not get rid of the abdominal fat. I work out 5 days a week. I try to do 4-5 hours of cardio in a week. On my cardio I have calculated that I burn about 600 calories per session. Could you please help me with that?
