supplement question

Hi Nicole, My goal is to put on muscle, and I’ve been taking concret, BA, CM,BCAA’s, and whey. Would you still recommend I take my supp. on my rest day? Thanks, Michelle

Beta-Alanine, Creatine and Con-cret are pre-workout supplements designed to amp you up and prolong your workout and ability. BCAA’s are for pre/post-workout. All these are in conjuction with a workout for performance and recovery so I would not take them on my off day. Whey protein powder or your shakes you can keep in your diet any time. I usually keep my diet pretty similar and have 1 – 2 shakes a day.
