Yes, what can a 65 yr. old female do to loose THAT 10lbs. I too have been working out for several years. Suggestions! Please keep in mind jumping jacks and sprinits are not in the program! Thanks
Haha, jacks and sprints aren’t in MY program either! ;) Basic strength training at least 2-3x/wk and cardio 4-5x/wk is what I usually recommend for weight loss. I love adding yoga in for people also to help with posture and flexibility and strength. Also, clean healthy diet. Lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains and healthy fats. There are a lot of great programs out there, even the USDA has a site that will help tell you where you need to be with calories and food portions.
