Limited Days Available for workouts!
I have a client that only has Monday, Thursday & Fridays available to train at the gym. Any suggestions on how to set up a 8 week plan?
With having back to back days, I would suggest a 3 day lifting split. It also really depends on the client’s goals and starting level. If they are new to the gym, a 3-day split would be a little advanced. You could do 2 strength and an interval day so as the strength days aren’t back to back. I would want to know: – Goal: muscle gain / weight loss – Ability: New to gym / some experience / advance lifter
