3 Day a week training routine

Thanks again for all the workout tips. With a busy schedule, I am looking for a training routine that I can use for a max 3 times a week. I am currently doing a full body workout twice a week (incorporating multiple compound movements) but I would like to change this. Please could you recommend a good program.

You are very welcome. In all honesty you should follow the workouts under the workout section on the site. You can find multiple workouts plus the customized workouts i write under Gym and ball and Band workouts. 3 day programs i usually do not write as training just 3 days a week is hard to net serious results, but i would grab one of the workouts and just execute each workout the days you train. So a month long program would take you a bit longer with a 3 day per week plan. does that make sense?
