Shoulder Pain
I am a career firefighter so working out is part of my every day life. For some time now I have been having pain in both shoulder starting at the acromium process and traveling down the center of my delt. I have been to the ortho guys – no tears in cuff, some impingement where clavicle meets acromium. I have taken time off lifting but it hasn’t helped the pain. Any ideas???
