Some shoulder pain
I have started having pains in my shoulders…like it will hurt to pick my arm up above my head..i was wondering if there are some workouts i could do to strengthen my shoulders or if there is a workout routine I could use to help..
My first question is are you doing behind the neck exercises such as barbell shoulder/military presses or lat pulldowns behind the neck? If so that is definitely the reason for the newly found pain. Secondly, Yes switch to doing everything in front as well as using the bands to do internal and external rotations. simply put take a band attach in front and rotate backwards so that your shoulder is rotating and the resistance from the band is pulling forward. Then reverse it and repeat the opposite way.
