Working out twice a day
Will working out twice a day be too hard on my body? My schedule would be lifting four times a week and cardio six days a week. My goal is to lose 3% body fat and around 8 lbs.
It depends on what you are doing really. if you perform cardio in the morning and then train at night with weight that is a normal routine that could net results. However over time as your body adapts you can fall into possibly over training which can result from the 2 a day schedule. the best thing to do is plan out your schedule with a plan that has the proper micro-, meso and macro cycles specifically written into a start and a finished plan. To be perfectly honest that is why i designed and built this site. the workouts listed under the workout section are released in a particular order each month to help you follow a structured plan with your goals outlined.
