delt workout for muscle growth

I just watched the video on rear delts. Great tips, thanks. However, the delt workout is comprised of sets of 15 reps. Is that really good for me if I want to increase muscle size?

Sorry for the delay here. It depends on the program you are doing. Also with a weaker and more difficult area like the rear delt to hit, higher reps with lighter weight are better to maintain technique. Dont be convinced that high reps and low weight are just for endurance or strength. In recent studies higher reps actually had a significant advantage to helping with strength gains.
