Other than rest…what can you do to help with this issue? Any supplements help other than BCAA? What would you say is the typical recovery time for this issue?
sounds like you might have depleted your Glycogen stores. a good carb source such as Karbolyn by EFX has truly helped me once i hit the wall. Carbs are essential during your workout as are BCAA’s I encourage you to actually drink during your workout vs. before if you dont already. Try Karbolyn.
