Over training
Can you Please explain the signs and symptoms of over training ? Is it the same as hitting a plateau? i have been training well for a good 6 months and feel like i have stopped progressing .
Yes they are very similar. Fatigue, regressing form your strength and appearance and becoming weaker can be sings of over-training. Im not kidding when I recommend following the workouts listed in the workout section when you are logged in. I make sure to keep everything that must be written into a plan to not have you over train or plateau. I would highly recommend following those plans and changing from your current routine to shock your body into getting back on point.
