Working Around Wrist Pain
Any advice on working around tendonitis in the wrist? I wear wrist wraps and do okay if I am not pushing the weight, but as soon as I start working with higher weight (40 lbs dumbells)I aggrevate it again.
Honestly Ibuprofen and ice. Wrist pain is the WORST when training especially with Dumbbells where the wrist has free movement. I would say stick to machines or a barbell where the wrist has less free motion until the pain subsides.
