pull ups, pull down and rowing
are pull up and pull down exercises could target the lower traps, and is rowing exercises could target the middle traps? if all of this are true, for example If I’m doing 2 rowing exercises, each exercises have 4 sets, total sets for two exercises 8 set, and if I’m doing pull ups 4 sets and pulldown 4 sets, (so I don’t need to include another exercise for middle traps and lower traps, just the shruging with 8 sets for upper traps)?

Pullups primarily emphasize the lats and biceps, however many other muscles are uses to assist in the pullup. The hand grip also plays a key role in which muscles are emphasized as well. If your goal is to target the traps, watch this video here.
