Jim Stoppani Summer Shred Routine Explained
Can you explain this routine: first it list an exercise, then it says Super-Set, then another exercise, then Showtime HIIT Training. I do not understand what needs to be done. I understand what a Super-Set is but can’t understand how this routine is laid out. Please help!! I downloaded your HIIT Training List and love it. So where does HIIT fit in throughout this workout?
sorry for the long delay here. this must have been over looked. If you click on the listings a pop up box will appear informing you of what to do. But super set means you super set the exercises above and below the super set. SHowtime hiit means you perform cardio for the listed number of minutes. 1x3 means 1 set of 3 minutes.
