Push ups
I am in the Army, so push ups are a staple to my training day. How should ey be worked into my routine? For example, one set to failure? Three sets of 80% max reps? 4sets of 20? Etc.

Second, I would recommend the following to make sure you hit all areas of the pecs, shoulders and other muscles used for pushups. Change your angles.
Incline Pushups- 3x30 Regular Pushups- 3x30 Decline Pushups- 3x30
Incline- Place your hands onto a bench so your upper body is in an incline position
Decline- Place your feet up on a bench so that your torso is in a decline position
