rest pause
in the muscle and fitness magazine i noticed rest-pause. how exactly do i do that. it say 4/8-10 but on the last two sets i should do 1or2 rest pauses. is that on one separate set or the last two sets exactly?
also,8-10 is the rep range im suppose to reach failure right?
