body fat
I am stuck at 190-192lbs, I have gotten stronger and see a big difference physically, I have changed my diet, more protein & fiber, way less sugar, sodium and more water, any ideas?
Well, if you have dropped your body fat and are shredded and feel good about the gains, why are you concerned about your weight? LOL No i hear you, the biggest thing to start doing once you feel your body has peaked physically is to throw it a curve ball and change your program depending on where you want to take your goals. So my question is now what do you want to do? Gain mass, lean out, etc….lemme know
