Question from dumbbell curls video
Mike i been getting bicep tendonitis and I wanted to know the best way to curl without putting a lot of tension on tendon in the bicep. I been using bands and thats somewhat helps. Any recommendation?
That video rocks by the way. I been curling dumbbells wrong for years and that might be why i get tendonitis.
Sorry for the delay here. Yes bands can help. Also try working in hammer curls too. If pain persists make sure to ice after, and compressions sleeves can help durin training as well.
