band tracking Question
Mike. I use bands a lot because I don't have cables at my home. How should I document them as weight lifted, lets say, on Bodyspace?
There is a number on the clip. Is that the weight you are pulling, and at one point?
What if you double it up on the handle?
Does bodylastics have any info on this?
Yea the weight is calculated at the point of immediate resistance. So when you first start to pull it. As you continue to stretch it obviously increases. There is no real way to actually gage because everyone is different as to how far they stretch based on many different things they may be doing. (squats, curls, how tall they are etc…) I would log it as the actual listing on the clip.
