The next step?
Hey Mike, I was on here about a month ago asking for some program direction. You suggested I get some JYM pre/post, and get on your program, “Building Better Arms”. I’m pumped to say I’m on my last two days, and the JYM has been awesome! BUT, what next? Start the program over, or move on to another? Is it just a preference issue? Thanks for the help!

Hey Bruce. Actually you really should follow the monthly workouts on this site under the Custom gym plans. That way you always have a new workout every single month and the programming works so that if you ever edit your profile the workouts change based on your goals. Click on workouts while logged in and then gym workouts. They will be laid out in a monthly schedule starting with month one.
