Can I get mass after three shoulder surgeries
Really struggling finding exercises that won’t blow my rotator cuffs out but offer safe ways to get size on chest and shoulders.
Any tricks that keep the stress off those areas and give me some hope?
The key is to perform movements that are not compromising the ligaments surrounding the AC joint. think of performing movements that are primarily ahead of the body.
