Fish Oil's & Fat
When you’re taking a fish oil supplement, should you count the fat / calories that come with taking that oil?
Some can and probably should count them as part of your overall macros, but many do not, or think to. It really depends on you, and if you are detailed and conscious enough of making them part of your daily calorie intake. Most supplements because of their uptake and or how they are absorbed are not counted as calories ingested from a “mealplan” and can be looked at as “hidden calories” but you should count them.
