I've been doing the squatting cable curl from time to time. What is your take on that?

It’s because you have to take an excess of monohydrate in order to get the benefits of creatine that cause bloating. For every 4-5 grams of monohydrate about 2-3 grams is being absorbed. The remainder you do not which is why bloating and diarrhea can happen when taking monohydrate.
