4 Wks. to Lose 10 lbs.
Hi Mike...
O.k....I'm 5' 5" and weigh 151...with most of the weight being around my middle!! I want to lose 10 -12 pounds over the next 4 weeks! If I am working arms, legs, and abs at least three times a week for about 20 to 3o minutes each time...approximately how many calories should I be consuming each day? and should I add an extra day or two of working out...or cut back on the calories for a speedier weight loss?? Would like to know your answer. Thanks in advance for a reply.

Wendy, You need to get on the right program with the right nutrition. Sure you can see results from putting together your own plan and trying to get your nutrition each day from your own specifications, but honestly that would be like driving a car with a manual transition like it was an automatic. It is best to get on a SPECIFIC training schedule that has a precise written agenda to follow for best results. Fortunatley that is EXACTLY what this website is for.
