I'm a 50 year old woman and I like to exercise almost every day. I often find myself working out with younger people in classes at my gym. It seems the trainers at my gym are usually young men in their early 20's and I'm a little aprehensive about taking their classes or having sessions with them because I'm afraid their expectations will wind up hurting me. Should I throw caution to the wind and just go with them? Can you put me at ease?
