Confused about instructions
I am trying to follow the Shredded 4 Summer workout. Your instructions are, "The Super-set is a very simple concept...do two or more exercises back-to-back, with no rest in between! A quick example of this is doing a barbell curl then going directly into a cable curl.
**MAKE SURE TO SUPER SET ALL THE EXERCISES BELOW UNTIL THE NEXT SUPER SET ICON DISPLAYS.**
What am I to make of the following exercise instructions?

Should the first SUPERSET be above barbell incline? What about the other instances of just one exercise between SUPERSET? Please answer for other instances on other days. Thanks
That means you tri set all of those exercises. So on other words rather than super setting two exercises, you tri set 3. Anytime a superset is listed you group all of those exercises together. This can be for more than just two.
