Question

Mike,

I know this is kind of an odd question, but I am building a home gym and would like to get dumbbells.  I really like the ones you use at the gym the videos are shot in, do you happen to know the brand?

Also, I have never seen the longer bars with fixed weights, what are those called and are they the same brand?

Thanks in advance and I love the videos, they are a great help.  I started my lifestyle change at 476 lbs and am now at 275 and dropping.

First congratulations on your success. That is an amazing accomplishment. As far as dumbbells. Honestly i would recommend getting the Power Blocks as that saves space and they are extremely convenient. If you are not up for them, then I would suggest Iron Master. The owner is a good friend of mine and they are used in most 24 hour fitness facilities.
