Circuit or all at once
Hi Mike! I am using the Advanced firming and toning workout! Love it! Should I do it as a circuit, do each exercise through all it’s sets, or do all Leg sets then move on to Shoulders? They have different # of sets. Thanks! I love your FB page!
Awesome. i am SOOO sorry for the delay on the question. I have been slammed lately. Well as far as the programs it really is up to you to do at your own pace as long as you follow the structure. i would recommend doing each set ans rep scheme and move onto the next exercise once they are all complete. either way whatever you feel is best for you go ahead and try. The way I desinged the programs is to follow the listing in order as it is outlined un less there are special instructions or TIPS that inform you to super set tri set or perform other various protocols
